Customer Service Team Member Jobs Manchester
My Client, a prestigious and large company are currently recruiting for a dedicated Customer Service, Facilities and Receptionist Team Member to work out of their Manchester city centre based Office. You must be committed to providing a high standard of customer service which the company prides itself on, Salary £14,500 plus excellent benefits.
As a key team member of this well respected organisation you will play a vital part in the smooth running of the business. Some of your duties will include:-
· Opening and locking the building and taking responsibility for keys.
· Front of house reception duties, including meet greet, directing visitors,
handling calls in a professional manner, booking in contractors, managing car park duties.
· Health and Safety responsibilities, including fire evacuations etc.
· Maintaining standards of presentation within the building and reception area, customer lifts, corridors, toilets general low level maintenance i.e. changing light bulbs, tightening door handles etc.
· Monitoring the performance of contractors and other service providers.
· Providing excellent customer service at all times.
This is a busy and varied role and the ability to react to ever changing priorities is key.
