Customer Service Technical Job in Camarillo 93010, California US

Camarillo manufacturing company seeking a Customer Service Rep to provide technical customer service support to customers via phone, fax, email.

MUST have technical knowledge and experience with security access control systems. Will assist customers with troubleshooting, programming of security access control systems, as well as explaining instructions, and assisting with installations of products through written instructions, and wiring diagrams. Will be communicating with customers placing orders with parts, products, and giving technical product descriptions as needed. Will also be pricing, quoting products pricing, checking inventory and following up with customers on delivery.

 Must have computer skills, and excellent communication skills, both written verbal.
