PBMS is currently seeking a Customer Service Technical Site Representative - Copy Operations candidate who is customer service and career-minded; and, who is able to work in a fast paced production environment. Duties and Responsibilities: · Operate copy, fax, binding, and mail equipment · Pick-up and deliver copy jobs, faxes, and mail to customers · Handle time-sensitive material · Maintain copier, fax, and mailing equipment · Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude · Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment · Take direction from supervisor or site manager . Troubleshoot equipment in need of repair or replacement. · Participate in cross-training · Maintain all logs and reporting documentation · Attention to detail a must · Adhere to all safety procedures This position is a short-term temporary position not to exceed two years.
