Customer Service Training Consultant (Field)

 

Superior Grocers, a leading and growing independent supermarket chain, is looking for a Customer Service Training Consultant at our corporate office in Santa Fe Springs for an ongoing project assignment. 

 

Consultant Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Training Consultant will ensure excellent customer service levels by developing and organizing training manuals and materials, and executing training for our store staff. The Consultant will also partner with management to identify specific work situations and skills requiring employee improvement, such as better understanding of policies, procedures and practices as well as improving customer service levels to help increase sales. The Consultant will create methods to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the training program.  The Consultant will revise the design of the training curriculum and methods to improve effectiveness of the training materials on an ongoing basis.

Consultant Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience working in retail/grocery industry.

• Strong written and oral communication skills a must.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external clients.

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

·   This position requires the ability to travel and work flexible hours in order to meet our training needs.
