Bilingual Customer Service role – English/Dutch – Sunbury Location
Based in Sunbury our client, a leading FMCG brand, are seeking a bi-(or tri) lingual candidate to work within their customer service team. It is essential that you are fluent (both verbal and written) in English, Dutch and French.
You will be processing incoming and outgoing orders that are originally received via phone, email or fax. This will involve direct communication with customers though a variety of methods of communication hence the requirement to be fluent in French, Dutch and English in not just the spoken form but also for client based correspondence.
This is a full role where you will be involved in:
· Processing orders
· Handling and resolving any complaints that may arise
· Dealing with enquiries re products and the supply chain process
· Processing credits where appropriate
· Achieving set targets agreed on a weekly basis
· Working to set service level agreements to ensure excellence of service delivery
· Information management
· Data entry.
The ideal person for this contract will have worked in a similar capacity using their language skills but full training is provided so it may be that candidates with exceptional language skills who are keen to learn the role will be considered. Word and Excel skills will also be essential as these packages will be used on a daily basis together with SAP (SAP training provided).
This post is available immediately for an initial six month period with either a possible contract extension or the opportunity to join the team on a permanent basis. Standard working hours are 8.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday, with 30 minute lunch break. Excellent on-site facilities are available and the hourly rate is in the region of £8-10.00 per hour (including holiday pay) but this is dependent upon skills and experience.
