Customer Service- Work Scheduler

Do you have experience scheduling work for engineers and other members of staff? A growing company that is really increasing its reach across the UK is looking for an administrator and customer service professional who can schedule work for company operatives. This is a permanent, full time job, paying £16.5k and based in Leicester (LE2)

The fundamental purpose of this customer service/ administration role is to schedule reactive works, monitor and diary manage the operatives (the staff who carry out the maintenance and repairs) to ensure all repairs are attended and completed within the required timescales. An understanding of responsive repairs contracts, and what constitutes excellent customer service, are both advantages.

This company is looking for someone who has effective interpersonal skills, is able to prioritise, plan, and manage their workload and act on their own initiative. You must be computer literate with Microsoft packages (including Excel), and be able to produce clear concise reports and interpret data. The ability to work accurately processing data is a key requirement. To feel at ease, I would like to see CVs of people who have previous experience scheduling work for engineers and operatives with a focus on providing maintenance and repairs.
