Job Description
If you shop at your neighborhood Whole Foods Market and you drink coffee, chances are you've enjoyed ours. Since 1977, Allegro Coffee has been locally roasting specialty coffee in Colorado shipping it to stores, café's, restaurants, and hotels throughout the United States and the world.
Business has been great and we are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, administrative person with great data entry skills, a good attitude, team focused and ready to jump in and help the team in meeting our deadlines.
Supporting both Customer Service and Accounting teams, duties will include, data entry. copying, printing, and various other administrive duties.
Qualifications:
Strong data entry skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, more specifically labeling functions
Proficient in Excel
Proficient in Outlook
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Can handle multiple directions/tasks
Friendly, outgoing and team oriented!
