Volt Workforce Solutions is searching for an experienced call center leadership professional to join a growing Fortune 500 organization in the northern suburbs. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the call center and providing operational leadership. Responsibilities will include: managing the customer service call center including 4 direct reports at the supervisor level, improving call center operations through analysis and reporting, review and analyze call center metrics and reporting, and working with senior management.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree and 7-9 years of call center management experience in a customer service environment. Strong leadership experience within a call center including improving operations and day-to-day activities.
