Customer Service/E-Bay Specialist Job in Brea, California Us
Well established and growing e-commerce company in Brea has an immediate need for a Customer Service/E-Bay Specialist. We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic professionals that will help us to grow and take the business to the next level through the implementation of new systems and business processes. In this role, you will:
· Provide customer support on various marketplaces in an innovative, friendly and efficient manner, mainly through email
· Research and resolve customer issues
· Create new product listings on seller accounts
· Maintain product listings regarding inventory, price changes, picture updates, descriptions, store layout, and promotions
· Recognize new industry trends and translate them into plans to drive sales
· Collaborate with other departments (Production, Customer Service, Fulfillment) to create accurate product listings
· Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, independent
· Innovative thinking style, task oriented, goal driven
· Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
· Prompt, focused on work
· Preferred experience in customer service, enjoys solving problems
· Preferred buying/selling experience on open marketplaces: eBay, Amazon, etc
· Fluent in English – writing skills, reading skills
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Web navigation, computer literate
· Interest in electronic gadgets/industry, product research
