Customer Services Advisor (5 day) (C2)

An opportunity has arisen to join an expanding Customer Service team on an ongoing temporary basis. Working alongside numerous Call Agents, you will be play an integral part of this well established team in delivering first class customer service to all housing tenants. 

The main purpose of this role is to provide a comprehensive response service to the housing tenants according to the Policies and Procedures set out by Sovereign. 

Main duties involve:
- Provide a first point of contact for all callers via email, telephone or letter
- Respond to enquiries providing appropriate information relating to general maintenance, complaints and operational issues
- Respond promptly to all emergency calls
- Input customer information on to the internal system ensuring data is recorded accurately and up to date at all times
- Promote the services of the Connect Team services

To be considered for this role you must:
- Have previous experience in Customer Services
- Previously worked for a call centre
- Have excellent communication skills
