Customer Services Agent
A leading food manufacturing, FMCG client is seeking an experience Customer Services Agent to work in their local depot. They are a growing team and looking to add an additional member to the friendly team.
Hours - Monday - Friday 8am-5pm - with the need to work 1 weekend in 4 (both days)
The role is the first point of contact for customers, ensuring all customer orders are processed, ensuring that you are effectively communicating to customers regarding all elements of their order; from availability, delivery schedule, invoice queries etc. You will be keeping their internal SAP system up to date and ensure communication to their customer is completed in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will have previous customer service skills, order processing experience and ideally have worked within the manufacturing/logistics sector before within an admin based customer related role. It would be advantageous if you have SAP experience however training will be provided for the right person.
