World Health is hiring a Customer Services AssociateReports ToSenior Manager, Member ServicesSummaryThe Customer Service Associate is instrumental for supporting World Health’s member’s and internal employees in a variety of issues. This skilled employee will achieve exceptional levels of customer service while supporting business processes. Core Competencies • External and Internal Customer Focus • Communication • Team Work • Time Management and Organizational skills • Accountability and Dependability• Ethics and Integrity • Decision Making and Judgment • Enforcing Rules and RegulationsJob Duties• Provide exceptional customer service to both members as well Head Office and Club employees• Respond quickly and professionally to all member and staff inquiries through calls, emails and fax• Process cancellation requests timely and accurately through multiple mediums• Initiate proactive calling campaigns for advanced customer service and sales opportunities• Make appropriate adjustments to accounts to ensure business processes and procedures are adhered to• Help identify areas of opportunity in training and knowledge gaps to continuously improve the department and the organization• Review, understand and adhere to changes in policy, procedures, promotions, or any other alterations that affect delivery of customer service• Utilize Membership Compensation offers to retain members within our organizationRequirements• Experience in a contact centre or fitness club environment• University Degree or Diploma in Business is preferred• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices, including contract administration• Knowledge of sales principles and methods• Demonstrated ability to provide advanced customer service strategies and follow new policies• Able to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment• Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office; intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel• Ability to work overtime so to meet customer expectationsIf you are interested in this opportunity please apply by sending your resume to careers @ inspiredhr.caPlease Reference Job Code in the Email Subject Line: WHC16We thank all applicants for their interest in joining the World Health team; however, only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
