Customer Services Manager Job in Merseyside

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Customer Services Manager based in the North West to manage key customer relationships in a major FMCG company. Excellent prospects and £30,000 Basic Salary + Bonus + Pension + 25days holiday + Free Parking.

The Role

The successful Customer Services Manager will have the responsibility for managing critical relationships with some of UK’s largest retailers to fulfil agreed service levels around KPI’s, supply, delivery, stock planning and costs.

The Customer Services Manager will also assume the management responsibility of three team members by setting agreed KPI and service delivery targets. As expected of a Customer Service Manager, you will also assume responsibility for delivering excellent customer service within financial budgets and developing mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external contacts for the smooth operation of supply chain systems and processes. You will also keep related internal departments informed of success and issues.

The Person

To be the successful applicant for this Customer Services Manager position, you will have a working knowledge of supply chain principles/management, retailer logistics and forecasting. You will be able to effectively communicate and present analysis and interpretation of customer data and be able to adapt to a challenging and rewarding environment.

Your communication and leadership and management skills will permit you to provide a clear objectives and targets to your team while providing training and developing to strengthen their individual abilities.
