Customer Services Officer
Responsibilities:
- Handle account opening, customer enquiries and complaints
- Handle accounts and settlement service request from clients
- Responsible for other administrative and clerical duties of brokerage business
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business
- Qualified to be registered as a licensed person under SFC in dealing securities is an advantage
- Minimum 2-4 years’ working experience preferably in brokerage industry
- Good communication skill and telephone manner
- Good command of English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferred
- Customer-focused, proactive, patient and responsible
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
