Customer Services Officer with QFA - 12 months FTC
We’re looking for an experienced, talented and motivated Customer Service Officer to join one of the biggest Financial Services Group in Dublin City Centre.
The purpose of this position will be to form part of a multi-skilled team of Customer Services Phone Team Officers who will be responsible for providing a first class service to existing mortgage customers of the company.
Please note that Mortgage Customer Service experience is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Services Officer:
- Responsible for providing a first class service to existing mortgage customers of the company
- Provide a leading level of Customer Service in a courteous and sensitive manner
- Excellent telephone manner and be able to communicate with clients in a professional way answering a high volume of calls per day
- Customer queries should be resolved efficiently and to agreed deadlines
- Updating Client Accounts, confirming by letter where necessary and ensuring absolute accuracy at all times
Key Requirements
- Mortgage customer service experience
- Professional telephone negotiation techniques
- Excellent time management, interpersonal and organisational skills
- QFA is a pre-requisite for this position
- Results focused, used to driving performance to meet tough targets
- Strong team and organizational focus
