Customer Services Representative

This is a great opportunity to join a highly motivated team handling existing our clients corporate customer accounts (those with fleets of 500+ vehicles), working in a busy office environment.

Role
To pro-actively manage designated corporate customer accounts, while working to set targets to maximise existing and new business opportunities. Due to the nature of the accounts, work is varied and there is a heavy focus on building relationships.

Key Accountabilities
• Managing designated corporate customer accounts to ensure high levels of customer service are maintained.
• Dealing with a wide range of requests from vehicle renewal quotes and ordering, through to ensuring satisfactory delivery.
• Handling enquiries by email, phone or through the website and assisting customers using the online systems where needed.
• Building relationships with customers and internal departments to ensure a high level of customer service is given.
• Participating in face to face meetings with customers, or visits to their premises as required.
• Producing regular standard reports and manipulate system data to create bespoke reports for customers; able to explain these reports at a fleet manager level.
• Develop an understanding of employee tax legislation, car policies and procedures and to be able to explain these at a driver and fleet manager level.

Key Skills / Experience
• Previous customer service experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills including call handling.
• Proven ability to build and maintain working relationships with a wide range of internal and external customers.
• Able to work effectively as a team and independently to meet targets.
• Confident in prioritising own workload and has self motivation to meet deadlines.
• Good attention to detail; able to work with data quickly and accurately.
• A good level of English and Maths – grade C at GCSE or equivalent, along with a good PC skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Previous leasing or fleet management experience, or vehicle product knowledge would be desirable, but not essential.

Key Information
Hours – Contracted hours are 35 hours per week – between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday operated on a rota basis.
Incentive/Bonus – working to team and individual targets, there is the opportunity to earn up to 15% monthly salary as commission every month.
