Customer Service Representative - Exeter
Hays Office Support are looking to recruit a highly skilled customer service representative to join a successful telemarketing company in Exeter. This is initially an 8 week temporary assignment with the potential to go permanent.
Due to continued increase in business demand a new customer service role has arisen within the team. The job involves taking inbound telephone enquiries, making outbound calls for data validation and providing expert customer service. Full training on products and systems will be provided.
A good candidate would posses excellent computer literacy skills, excellent phone manor and communication skills and some sales experience along with a warm, enthusiastic and empathetic personality. This is an immediate requirement and start dates are likely to occur in the coming weeks, subject to referencing and checks.
