Customer Services Team Manager
Our client, a global Renewable Energy Company based in the City of London, are looking to recruit an Experienced Customer Services Team Manager to lead their service function.
Based in fantastic offices close to Bank, the company have a small service team of 4 but are looking to expand ahead of an exciting new summer venture. In order to do so, it is imperative that the right person leads the customer service team and our client are ideally looking for that person as soon as possible.
A hands on role, you will be required to initially lead a team of 4 to handle inbound calls and emails, and also allot a portion of your time dealing with your own customers. With growth in sight, you will be responsible for recruiting new candidates into your team and for conducting all 1:1;s, reviews and appraisals. In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following experience:
- Managing an inbound customer service team
- Recruiting customer service advisors
- Implementing new strategies/initiatives/best practice to improve customer service function
