I am currently recruiting a number of Officer level positions (Salary €28,000 – 32,000) for our client operating in the Financial Services sector here in Dublin City Centre. These are permanent positions within the Bank’s Retail division and successful candidates will need to have a QFA qualification or a minimum APA Loans and Regulations exams completed. If you have previous mortgage experience in a client services environment you will be a suitable candidate for this permanent opportunity.
Key responsibilities:
- Frequent communication with mortgage customers to maintain and build the Bank’s existing strong reputation in the market with its customers
- Completion of all client requests in a timely manner to ensure all deadlines are met
- Build relationships with existing client base to ensure an excellent service is provided to all Bank customers
- Compliance and adherence to existing legislation as required by the Central Bank of Ireland
- Maintenance of all client interaction and queries to ensure all queries and requests are captured accurately on the Bank’s system
Key requirements:
- QFA qualified or minimum APA Loans and Regulations exams completed
- Minimum 2 years’ experience developed in a similar position with exposure to mortgages / retail deposits
- Excellent organisational skills and strong communication skills for engaging with clients on a frequent basis
