Job Description: Customer Service/Sales Administrator Summary of Position: Support outside sales teams as well as outside retail stores to ensure orders are properly handled and customers are satisfied. Additionally, this individual will ensure all administrative aspects of supporting the outside sales team, VP of U.S. Sales and GM are accomplished. This includes finance reports, monthly sales reports, inventory reports and marketing support with heavy experience using MS Office Suite tools. General Job Skills: General computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, etc.) Strong analytical skills are required Must be organized with a strong attention to detail Must be able to demonstrate multi-tasking skills and the ability to work under pressure Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Duties: Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns Provide sales support to outside teams in way of presentation preparation, order changes and supporting product delivery schedules. Assist with organizing monthly financial reports as well as sales reports Build rapport with our partner brokers, distributors and independent retail teams Obtain accurate information from Singapore HQ, Brokers and Distributors in way of order processing and inventory management Support marketing through use of PowerPoint, Publisher and other tools for developing marketing collateral Contact customers, brokers, distributors, and retailers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints Perform other duties as assigned Occasional shipping (UPS / FedEx) End of month inventory management (utilizing Excel)
