Customer Service/Sales Executive

Our client, a leading Telecoms company based in Central London, are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, articulate customer service candidate to join their fun office.

Based in a fantastic central location, our client offer B2B Telecoms packages/services to a wide range of corporate clients. Due to expansion, they are looking for one more candidate to join their team and help to ensure an incredible service is offered to all customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Handling 50+ daily inbound calls from clients, acting as the first point of contact
- Responding to clients over email
- Troubleshooting any client issues as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Completing any administrative tasks required to resolve queries

In order to be considered for this role, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Experience in handling inbound customer service calls and emails
- Articulate telephone manner
- Enthusiastic approach to customer service
- Friendly, social personality
