Willoughby Supply Company, a dynamic, proven growing organization in the Residential, Commercial Metal Roofing Supply industry, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Rep in Mentor, Ohio. We offer a team based, customer focused, positive and collaborative work culture.
ROLE: Respond (in person via telephone) to customer questions about products services (sales potential, pricing, durability, credit terms operation) to fulfill their needs. Complete maintain sales orders. Assemble, arrange, reorder stock product displays. Effectively resolve customer complaints. Exchange merchandise process returns.
REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge in Building/Roofing Supply Industries. Microsoft-based computer skills (ability to use an order entry system, alphanumeric keyboard entry, email). HS Diploma or GED; basic math skills. Demonstrated customer service skills; solid interpersonal, telephone, email, written communication skills. Positive attitude, reliable ability to work effectively with customers and coworkers. Map reading internet search tools skills.
