Customer Service/Sales Team Leader

My client, a major supplier of ingredients to the food Industry, is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Team Leader based in Bristol.

You will provide management to the customer service team through positive management and leading from the front. Ensure the team achieves weekly sales targets. Motivate, train and develop staff.

You will have previous experience of managing a team. You must be target driven and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Excellent communication skills a must
