Customer Service/Warranty Clerk Job in Gold Coast, Queensland Australia
The Company:
Is one of the largest suppliers of products to the residential building industry, this company is part of a National organisation with many different products manufactured under their various company banners.
The Role:
Due to an internal transfer a role has become available for an experienced Customer Service/Warranty clerk to join their team.
Duties:
You will be responsible for checking and entering all warranty tickets into the internal database, making the required changes and ensuring all Bills of Material are updated correctly.
In addition there will be some customer phone contact as well as additional admin related duties. Experience working within the manufacturing industry would be highly regarded.

- Good alpha and numerical data entry keystrokes
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Good analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent phone manner
- Strong customer service focus
- The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Experience in working well within a small team.
- Willingness to multi skill and assist other members of the team when required
- Own reliable transport
Additional Information:
- Commencing ASAP
- Monday to Friday 8.00 - 5.00pm
- $38K plus super
