Customer Servicing Advisor
The purpose: of the role is to provide an excellent standard of service to customers by administering and/or processing orders / tasks in accordance with procedures, standards and controls. To ensure that records are accurately updated and all administration meets company requirements and to be proactive in identifying ways to improve processes.
You must have customer service/sales experience gained in a banking, retail or other service environment,the ability to work under pressure and remain calm. Be articulate and clear and have good listening skills.
Be a self starter who is able to overcome objections and motivate customers.
Have keyboard and PC skills with a high level dexterity and and an understanding of systems, the range of applications etc.
