We're looking for Manager(s) to join our rapidly growing Enterprise Intelligence team.
As part of our modelling team, you'll focus on turning data into insights via models and segmentations, as well as a range of other statistical techniques; and then into a digestible format for business stakeholders that clearly articulate the key correlations and relationships identified within the data and the business value associated with using these insights to drive business decisions.

You'll build valuable relationships with clients and develop strong capabilities, through both formal training and working with senior mentors and talented colleagues.
About you
In your role you will, amongst other tasks:
- Use software such as SQL, SPSS, R, SAS, etc to access, transform, integrate and analyse data from across the enterprise.
- Perform complex statistical analysis against various corporate data sources to help support a diverse range of strategic business opportunities and issues
- Deliver results by using data analytics to deal with large, disparate volumes of data, to gain critical insights quickly
- Help enhance the ability of our clients to use and interpret data
- Management of client engagements.
- Providing input into strategic initiatives and programs.
- Provide leadership to consultants within the team.
- Manage and develop relationships with business partners.
- assist them develop their own enhanced analytics capacity to support better critical decision making within their business
We're looking for people with the following:
- 5 yrs experience in an analyst type role within one or more of the following areas:
- Data analytics
- Statistical modelling
- Predictive analytics
- Digital, Social and Web Analytics
- Your qualifications will include an undergraduate or post graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Science or Information Technology
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and growing business environment
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, with an interest in further developing these areas
- Able to hypothesise, analyse and draw conclusions from a variety of data sources and perform in-depth analysis
- Excellent skills in SPSS, R or other statistics and modelling programs
- A demonstrated ability to clearly and concisely present data, conclusions, and recommendations such that they bring insight and improve clients' decision making processes
- Experience automating processes for efficiency and to reduce errors
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate with impact to both internal and external clients and staff
- A team player with strong time and project management skills
- Experience in managing and coaching junior staff is desirable
