The Company
Our client, a highly successful global company with offices opening in Dundalk is seeking a Customer Solutions Agent with fluent German to join their team on a permanent basis and provide a first rate service to all customers in a quick and helpful manner.
The Challenge
The role will involve;
- Providing a personal point of contact to all customers
- Resolving customer queries in a prompt, friendly and professional manner
- Proactively provide an informative service beneficial to customers needs and interests
- Keeping up to date with features and benefits of products
- Making rational business decisions based on case information
- Communicating with team leaders so customer queries can be dealt with appropriately
The Candidate
The candidate should have;
- Fluency in German is essential
- First rate interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Strong IT skills to include working knowledge of external systems such as PC based internet and software systems
- Undergraduate degree
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent time management skills
The Compensation
Remuneration will be in line with market rate
