This is an amazing opportunity for a forward thinking Customer Solutions Consultant to join this global and highly successful financial organisation and become a permanent member of staff within a call centre environment.

You will ensure that all customers receive the highest level of quality and professional service when providing information and resolving customer enquiries. Opportunities for continuous improvement through training and development will be available to you along with the potential for gaining additional skill sets enabling you to progress in your role.

Knowledge of finance is not necessary but it is imperative that that you have experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment. You must be extremely motivated and be able to work well in a team.

Positions will be commencing on December 5 and you will have to be fully flexible across the following hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 9pm and Sat Sun, 8am – 8pm on a monthly rotating roster.
