Position Description:
Reynolds and Reynolds prides itself in its award-winning recognition for customer service. The Customer Solutions Professional interacts with both internal and external customers to maintain this reputation of delivering a high level of customer service and support. Our Customer Solutions Professionals serve as the single point of ownership for dealership computer software issues and are responsible for assuring customer satisfaction. We have several entry-level positions for those who enjoy problem solving, critical thinking, and working with others on a daily basis.
Training:
Training consists of 8 weeks of classroom-style training along with observations in various departments across the company. In addition, you will have the opportunity to see Reynolds solutions and how they are utilized by our customers on a daily basis, including visits to actual car dealerships. We take the time to train you right because your success is our future.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to think critically, analytically, and problem solve
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
