In this role you will manage incoming customer care calls (updating account details, billing enquires, customer upgrades of product), for one of Australias largest and continually growing Energy retailers. These positions will require candidates to work on a rotating roster from Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 6:30pm. 3 weeks of Full Time training Monday to Friday from 8:30am - 5:15pm is required for the initial 3 week training period.
