Our client is one of the UK’s leading integrated energy company, supplying gas, electricity and related services to residential and business customers.

This is an organisation with over 70,000 employees supplying over 16 million customers. An organisation with stringent processes and procedures.

Due to the nature growth of the organisation, our client is looking for a customer specialist administrator to provide administrative support to internal and external customers contributing towards excelled customer service.

Working within telesales environment the role will entail:

• Query resolution to investigate a wide range of complex issues or customer queries
• Ensure timely completion of workloads to maximise sales opportunities
• Allocate work to ensure that resource is available and effectively utilised.
• Investigate a broad range of complaints
• Monitor new customers coming through the process
• Analyse complaints and analyse trends
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Thorough analysis and validation of information received to ensure data quality is maintained and improved

That’s why we need someone that is confident with strong interpersonal skills, someone that is highly organised with the ability to work under pressure and multi task.
