Customer Supply Chain Analyst
The purpose of the Customer Supply Chain Analyst is to provide exceptional support to Amneal’s sales team and our customers. By building these relationships and analysis, our customer is in constant communication so that they can plan accordingly. In addition, we receive valuable information to pass along to sales and production so that we can develop a solid supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Customer’s web portal expert
- Monitor purchasing trends and supply
- Support to sales team with custom analysis
- Proactive order/backorder confirmation follow up
- Build Replenishment Buyer relationship
- Inventory analysis
- Track order and supply issues, product status communication
Requirements
- High school or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an analytical position
- Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional communication, planning, decision making skills required
- Some travel may be required, 1-5 times a year
