DSA is looking for a Customer Support Analyst(CSA). The position is located in Washington DC at the Bolling AFB. It is a 9:30am- 6 PM shift. This position places the candidate at the center of delivering timely mission critical intelligence to the Intelligence community.

The CSA Maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators. Duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocate mass storage space. Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products. Makes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery. Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources. This position is for a Desk side Support Technician which supports the installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and documentation of IT related hardware software to include workstations, scanners, printers, Voice over IP (VoIP) phones, and Desktop Videoconferencing (DVTC) devices.

MISSION CRITICAL ENVIRONMENT--work when required, sometimes weekend or after business hours.

Job requirements:

ACTIVE TS/SCI

COMPTIA A+

Network+ or Security+ Certification

Experience with installing, troubleshooting, configuring and managing:

Windows XP/7 workstations - Printers - MS Office Suite

Skills:

VoIP Phones

Desktop Video Teleconference (DVTC)

Desktop scanners and digital senders

8570 Requirements: Shall be DoD8570 compliant with proof of certifications
