Customer Support Analyst, Global Operations Job in Parsippany, New Jersey Us
Position Purpose:
Serves as the primary support liaison between the client and IMS. Maintains post-sale contact with clients in order to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship. Ensures contract fulfillment to specifications. Entry-level position appropriate for recent college graduates.
Principal Accountabilities:
Under close supervision, the Client Service Analyst ensures the fulfillment of the specification of the contract or possibly ad-hoc requests of the customers. Builds, establishes and maintains positive relationships with clients and serves as their day-to-day contact. Ensures, through review and verification, that the product deliverable meets the customer's specifications, including timeliness and quality. Researches, analyzes and responds to client data inquiries that may be moderately difficult or complex and non-routine.
Minimum Education, Experience, Specialized Knowledge Required:
Bachelor's degree with minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required (i.e. summer internships, part-time work in relevant fields, full time work). Without a bachelor's degree, minimum of four (4) to six (6) years of relevant experience required. Pharmaceutical experience is beneficial but not required. Meeting facilitation, presentation and training experience preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Ability to communicate effectively with various levels in the organization (written and oral). Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills. Demonstrated customer service skills. Demonstrated ability to understand complex concepts and processes quickly. Ability to explain complex or technical processes to someone who has little knowledge of the subject. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships in a diverse business environment. Some travel may be required.
