We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Support Associate to join our Canadian Headquarters in Mississauga, Ontario.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to and diagnose service issues related to software through remote discussions with customers.
- Serve as a single point of ownership for reported customer issues to ensure resolution.
- Following call centre procedures, document customer issues, troubleshoot steps and resolution in a call tracking tool.
Requirements:
- University degree or College diploma, preferably in Business or Technology.
- One year of customer service OR technical support experience.
- Fluent in French with conversational English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with excellent customer service and communication skills.
