Customer Support – Mandarin Speaking, eCommerce recruitment
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Executive you would be the first point of contact to external clients with regards to pre and post sales queries. You would face off to clients via email, telephone and face to face meeting. You would be involved in special projects as and when assigned to you and ensure that the quality standards to all merchant queries have been met.
In order to qualify for this role, you must have experience in the following skills set:
- 5+ years of experience in a customer support role or helpdesk role Technical expertise in HTML and Javascript; candidates with a background in supporting applications will be considered
- Must be able to speak Mandarin and English at a business level; must be able to read and write in Mandarin as well
- Back end web developers looking to move out of a technical role and into a more customer facing role are encouraged to apply
