A leading WA Energy Retailer in the Perth Metro Area is looking for customer support Officers for an ongoing assignment that could potentially lead to permanent employment.
The purpose of the position is to provide customers with an exceptional service and to answer inbound calls in relation to billing enquiries and provide general information to customers. Successful applicants will also be required to respond to electronic communication from customers submitting queries on the information online service via the website.
To be considered for this vacancy you must have 2 years previous experience within a contact centre environment and possess processing skills. All applicants must be able to demonstrate effective communication and excellent attention to detail.
