Job Description:
We're searching for a unique brand of customer service professional who can become ecstatic about supporting our International members (English and French speaking) who use Ancestry.Co.UK and Ancestry.FR and related products. We're offering part-time to work Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-noon or 4pm-8pm.

The right individual will provide exceptional inbound and outbound customer support and also have proficiency in speaking and writing in French. Common member questions include help with billing issues and general assistance in using the website. Outbound support is for new members, including those exploring Ancestry.com for the first time.
