About the role

As a Customer Support Representative working on the service desk you will be responsible for dealing with high levels of enquires and technical issues on a daily basis for our client’s website.

You will investigate and resolve incidents to an agreed time and log the queries effectively within the system and complete ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Successful candidates will have previous customer service experience working within a busy environment.

The role is predominantly email based and therefore, you will have excellent written skills to respond to the queries alongside strong verbal communication skills.

Confident and energetic you will have the ability to work under pressure whilst delivering an accurate service.
