Customer Support Representative Job in Gladstone 4680, Queensland Australia

Our Client is looking to employ a well presented and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative.

The successful candidate will be selling and providing large equipment and machinery for the Mining and Construction industry.

Your job role will be, but not exclusive to:

* Action parts orders received by B2B, E-Biz, Phone, Facsimile Email.
* Interpret customer parts requirements via electronic catalogue

* Identify opportunities for increased sales by up sell, cross sell and forwarding major leads to Supervisors for follow up.
* Be part of a dynamic, hard working team.
* Participate in after hours call out roster.

There will be on the job training by experienced staff for continual improvement.

Successful Candidate will need to possess the following Qualifications:

* Good written oral communication skills required for working in a front line customer support role.
* Computer skills. Excel, Word Power Point knowledge an advantage.
* A background in Parts sales as well as a good mechanical knowledge will be highly regarded.
* Current driver’s license.
