The Customer Support Specialist I ensure that new and existing customers and vendors are retained, satisfied, and provided with quality service. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A desire to advance and acquire more responsibility will allow growth in this position.  The qualified person for this position will have knowledge, skills and ability to support NGI’s values and corporate culture. This position reports to the Customer Relations Manager.

 Will be responsible for:

●       Respond to customer/vendor communications within the same business day received

●       Process customer orders efficiently, and provide both vendor and

●       customer with necessary documentation to complete order

●       Serve as liaison for customers who request NGI to arrange logistics for shipments

●       Monitoring customer account status

●       Data entry into CRM database(s)

●       Assist Customer Relations Manager

●       Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

●       Maintain organized file system for customer records and paperwork

●       Answer phone as needed

●       Provide coverage for Receptionist as needed

●       Perform other duties as assigned

 The ideal

Candidate will posses:

●        2 years Customer Support experience

●        Quick Books experience helpful but not required

●        Associates Degree or some college with combined experience to equal
