Customer Support Team Leader

My client, a major national financial institute is looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join their expanding team. The role, which will be based in Almondsbury, is offering a permanent full time contact. By putting customers at the forefront of all service, they are looking for a candidate that shares these values and encompasses this into their working life.
The successful candidate will deliver a high level of clerical and technical support to tasks providing high quality outputs in line with the stakeholder needs. Within the role you will also supervise a team, acting as a point of reference for information and procedural queries from other business areas. When required, this will involve supervising and coaching team members in their day-to-day activities.
