The Judge Group is looking for Customer Technical Support Engineer with 3-5 yrs of experience. We are looking for someone who has worked in a tech support services organization to assist in managing the support/help desk ticketing system. This person will need to have a well-rounded background in working with a lot of different users/clients, excellent communications skills, be very detailed oriented and possess out-standing customer service skills.
You will need to:
· Set priorities of the tech team/stack rank support issues for resolution and have a basic understanding of triaging.
· Understand help desk ticketing systems such as an ACD is key(Active Call Directory) and know how to escalate level 1, 2 and 3 related issues.
· Provide updates to management on a regular basis
· Create status reports and provide regular updates
