Customer Service Advisor
We are currently looking for people with a proven track record in customer service to join a large corporate organisation based in Teesside.
We are recruiting on the following basis:
Working Hours: 35 hours per week. Mon – Fri 08.00 – 20.00 occasional Saturday
Contract: Temporary,
Start date: September 2013
End date: December 2013
Rate of pay: £6.59 a hour
Location: Stockton
What we will be looking for in you:
You will need excellent listening and communication skills and a high level of motivation as well as previous experience in a customer facing role. You’ll have a strong background in credit control activities and a good head for figures. You will be comfortable with Invoice Finance systems and be able keep cool when the pressure is on.
As a Customer Service Advisor your main responsibilities will involve:.
Excellent listening skills along with an articulate and clear telephone manner
Able to communicate effectively with internal and external people of all levels.
Professional telephone manner, able to engage with callers and quickly build rapport and credibility.
Experience of carrying out administrative tasks and processes.
Able to work effectively in team based environment.
Strong customer service skills. A methodical and patient approach to daily duties is essential as the role can often be very demanding
Enthusiastic and receptive to change
