Customer Service Advisor
We are currently looking for people with a proven track record in customer service to join a large corporate organisation based in Teesside.

We are recruiting on the following basis:

Working Hours: 35 hours per week. Mon – Fri 08.00 – 20.00 occasional Saturday
Contract: Temporary,
Start date: September 2013
End date: December 2013
Rate of pay: £6.59 a hour
Location: Stockton
What we will be looking for in you:
You will need excellent listening and communication skills and a high level of motivation as well as previous experience in a customer facing role. You’ll have a strong background in credit control activities and a good head for figures. You will be comfortable with Invoice Finance systems and be able keep cool when the pressure is on.
As a Customer Service Advisor your main responsibilities will involve:.
 Excellent listening skills along with an articulate and clear telephone manner
 Able to communicate effectively with internal and external people of all levels.
 Professional telephone manner, able to engage with callers and quickly build rapport and credibility.
 Experience of carrying out administrative tasks and processes.
 Able to work effectively in team based environment.
 Strong customer service skills. A methodical and patient approach to daily duties is essential as the role can often be very demanding
 Enthusiastic and receptive to change
