Customer Telesales Advisor

£18500 plus commission
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm (2 Saturdays per month half day)

Our client is one of the UK's oldest independent automotive retailers having been established for over 95 years.With over 50,000 items in stock at all times, they cater for retail and wholesale customers.

Operating in a competitive industry, this is an organisation which is constantly having to stay ahead of its game to ensure they maximise all sales opportunities. Due to growth our client is looking for a world class customer telesales advisor to join its busy team. The role will be based in their call centre taking a high volume of inbound calls to wholesale customers to process orders and up sell where possible. The role also includes your own set of designated accounts (up to 200) of previous existing users which you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships to ensure repeat business.

That's why we need someone with excellent customer service skills from a call centre background with inbound and outbound experience. Someone with a pro-active and self motivated approach that is able to build relationships with clients to maximise sales opportunities. Candidates must also be IT literate.
