Security Clearance: TS/SCI w/Poly

-TOP SECRET security clearance with SCI eligibility.
-Maintain a current CI Polygraph, or must be able to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph.
-Proven operational and or training experience in Sensitive Operations/Operations Security/Signature Reduction arena (minimum of 2-3 years).
-Experience working with DOD classified networks.
-Excellent communications skills.
-Proven knowledge of MS Office applications (specifically MS Word, MS Powerpoint, and MS Excel).

Team Lead and Training Curriculum DeveloperInstructor position for the Defense Operational Support Training Program (DOSTP). Must be well-familiar with and experienced in Signature Reduction (SR) and Operations Security. Individual will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of a three person instructional team and regular comprehensive interaction with customer and prime contractor representatives. Interaction with customer will include providing program and curricula input and reviewing customer documents. Will interact with Prime contractor on programmatic and performance issues. The candidate needs to have a thorough understanding of the Instructional System Design (ISD) method of curriculum development. Additionally, candidate will also be involved in the five-step operations security (OPSEC) development process in support of DOD customer's operational requirements. Approx 30% travel may be required.

-Good liaison skills.
-Familiarity with the Instructional System Design (ISD) method of curriculum development.
-Instructor experience / certification.
-Knowledge of DOD structure and policies and regulations pertaining to OPSEC and Sensitive Operations Support.
-Ability to deal with DOD and non-DOD governmental organizations.
