Customer Value Manager, Commercial Cards

My client, a global banking institution, is currently seeking a Customer Value Manager to come on-board within the Commercial Cards space.

The role is part of the Strategic Development Customer Value Management Team, within Commercial Card Products. This team is responsible for setting the strategic agenda and�defining the roadmap for new products and initiatives.

As CVM, you will have responsibility for idea generation and implementation of initiatives, playing an integral role in the development and deployment of value-adding business strategies. Further responsibilities include:

*Development of CVM strategies to increase the profitability of the existing card portfolio across all Commercial Card products

*Develop and manage direct channels card acquisition strategies

*Develop financial performance monitoring and forecasting frameworks, and lead reporting to senior management on behalf of the Product team.

The successful candidate will have a strong banking, financial or business background, a good understanding of Commercial Cards and be able to drive through delivery of business strategies/propositions.
