CVA Business Analyst recruitment
My Client is looking for a CVA New product implementation Business Analyst to join their team.
This is a large project setting up the CVA desk where the client needs a candidate with the following skills:
5+ years derivatives experience in a Front Office and/or Traded Market/Credit Risk environment;
Good understanding of cross-asset products and detailed understanding of risk and PL reporting requirements from a front office, product control, and market/credit risk perspective;
Candidate should have experience of a CVA programme/project in an investment bank;
Proven/demonstrable Business analysis skills;
Experience in front-to-back functional integration work and related business processes documentation;
5+ years of industry experience, in either a relevant Consultancy role or with Tier 1/2 Investment Banking environment;
Ability to build quickly a strong relationship with the main Business stakeholders;
Highly developed skills in producing detailed business requirements and use of presentation toolsets such as MS PowerPoint and Visio;
Ability to maintain a sense of urgency and to prioritise / multi-task to deliver business value and meet project objectives;
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation including Senior Executives, Front Office and Infrastructure / Support Functions;
Strong sense of accountability and ownership over Project key deliverables;
Pro-active, excellent teamwork and communication skills, ability to build trust and confidence with colleagues and management teams;
