With 280 team members in 11 countries, our Sourcing and Procurement Services (SPS) organization works proactively with line of business colleagues to identify capable suppliers, lead the competitive sourcing process and negotiate and contract with the chosen suppliers. Leveraging firm-wide buying power and controlling risk are consistent overarching goals. SPS then ensures that the contracted goods and services can be obtained by our employees in an efficient, cost-effective manner globally. This person will be a member of the US Contingent Workforce Procurement (CWP) Team and report to CWP Management. The work location will be Jersey City, NJ or New York, NY. The CWP team supports the firm's Lines of Business as it applies to the end-to-end sourcing process of IT Staff Augmentation (ITSA), Non-IT Staff Augmentation (Non-IT) and IT Project Service (ITP) activities. The CWP team is responsible for the sourcing and operational management of the contingent labor category and supplier community for the firm. CWP team is currently seeking a Sourcing Manager who will be responsible for supply chain management, demand management, client management and day to day fulfillment of the firm's LOB contingent worker resource needs. The opportunity currently under consideration is a Sourcing Manager responsible for the IT Staff Augmentation (ITSA) function, reporting to the Staff Augmentation Sourcing Group Manager. Responsibilities: Developing client relationships to understand business footprint and skill set requirements, as well as resource and location strategies Qualifying job specifications with client to ensure accuracy prior to distribution to supplier community Screening candidate resumes Facilitating the interviewing process Ensure appropriate onboarding is completed Bill Rate Negotiations Issues Management Ensuring compliance and utilization of Preferred Supplier Program and adherence to Ts and Cs of executed agreement including pricing, processes and policies Supplier management to resolve issues and foster strong supplier relationships Consistently demonstrate a high level of professionalism in behavior and performance with client organizations, SPS staff and other bank areas. Continually develop subject-matter-expertise in field of specialty. Remain current on competition, technology pricing trends, and industry practices.
