You can play an important role in this fight by joining our dedicated team of professionals as we design, develop, and deliver Cyber Counterintelligence training to DoD and federal agents and analysts. CSC's Global Security Solutions North American Public Sector is seeking seasoned Cyber Counterintelligence agents to provide training support in Linthicum, MD. Essential Job Functions Designs and develops technical training curriculum and programs, both on-site and on-line, for counterintelligence agents and analysts. Works with applicable business unit/area to establish content, prerequisite skills and knowledge for trainees. Ensures that training courses address all levels of employee skills and career progression. Researches, designs and develops technical and user manuals to support training. Works with technical subject matter experts, field agents, analysts, and/or applicable area to ensure that material is accurate and reflects current "best practices." Conducts advanced level training courses, both on-site and on-line, for Cyber Counterintelligence applications and methods to include lectures and hands-on sessions. Works with business units/technical areas to conduct needs assessments to ensure training needs are met. Reviews and analyzes course evaluations to determine effectiveness of training sessions. Implements revisions to course materials as necessary to improve training effectiveness. Reviews external training programs to determine feasibility of purchase. Delivers pilot (alpha and beta) classes, tests and evaluates curriculum, makes recommendations as appropriate. Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel. Keeps informed of and maintains proficiency with counterintelligence trends and methods. Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (or higher) clearance with SCI access. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Seven or more years of technical training experience. Experience working with communications practices, principles and procedures for both on-site and on-line presentations Qualifications Other Qualifications Previously have been a badged and credentialed CI agent for DoD or Federal agency Five or more years of Counterintelligence experience, preferably conducting cyber investigations and operations Previous experience should include some of the following: supervising and conducting counterintelligence surveys, inquiries, and investigations to detect, identify, assess, counter, exploit and neutralize adversarial, Foreign Intelligence Entity and terrorist threats to national security DOD DCITA Computer Crime Investigator Certified is a plus Strong communication skills to develop training manuals and procedures Strong presentation skills to train and educate students on technical material and applications Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with all levels of students and coworkers.
